EXPERIENCIA / EXPERIENCIAR, del sustantivo al verbo: Una aproximación fenomenológica

La Experiencia es un concepto fundamental para la teoría y práctica de la Terapia Gestalt. En cierto sentido, podemos decir que se trata de una de las características más interesantes de nuestro enfoque terapéutico, ya que aspiramos a alcanzar una mayor comprensión de lo que implica la construcción y desarrollo de la experiencia de ser-en-el-mundo. Existir como seres humanos significa un constante desenvolvimiento de nuestra forma de experienciar; un movimiento incierto que a la vez nos asemeja y distingue de los otros.


En este taller revisaremos el concepto de Experiencia a través de la perspectiva Relacional que propone la Fenomenología Existencial y Hermenéutica, apuntando especialmente a las implicaciones que esta mirada tiene para la práctica de la Terapia Gestalt.
