Debido a que otros conceptos importantes de la terapia gestalt se han unido al de contacto, nuestro entendimiento actual del tema ha cambiado también.

En este encuentro será descrito el terreno de experiencia que puede ofrecer una vulnerabilidad que sea "humus" de una existencia con trastornos alimenticios o de una existencia con trastornos obsesivos (también mirando a la estructura social actual), y la experiencia que puede ocurrir en la frontera-contacto, entre el terapeuta y el/la paciente.

El taller presentará el método somático para la curación de traumas psicológicos. Este método se basa en un enfoque integrador, incluidos los principos de la terapia somática de los traumas, la terapia gestalt y la terapia existencial. El método somático es una herramienta muy eficaz para la resolución de los síntomas del trauma, terminando con la experiencia traumética y restaurando la integridad y el equilibrio interior de la persona, perturbados por los acontecimientos traumáticos.
