La terapia gestalt como nuestro método fundamental de hacer psicoterapia

La Terapia Gestalt es el enfoque fundamental con el que trabajo en Vínculo. Comencé mi formación en Terapia Gestalt en la promoción de 1990 realizada en el Centre de Terapia Gestalt de Valencia que dirige Ximo Tárrega Soler. Programa de formación coordinado y dirigido por Jean Marie Robine, co-fundador y el entonces director del Institut Français de Gestalt-Thérapie (I.F.G.T.). Desde entonces, junto a mi grupo permanente de trabajo, sigo interesada en la reflexión teórica y metodológica de la terapia gestalt, así como en el ejercicio práctico de este método y la investigación sobre el proceso terapéutico. Todo este tiempo, ha tenido sentido para mí caminar el sendero junto a mis colegas de grupo (para más información sobre mi grupo pinchar “Grupo Self”).

Algunas pinceladas sobre el método de la terapia gestalt

Para aportar una presentación de los parámetros en los que se inscribe esta teoría y método, nos ha parecido curioso colorear dentro del texto fundador los párrafos en los que los autores hablan de la terapia gestalt como método. De manera que hemos recogido algunas de las afirmaciones originarias en que los primeros autores concibieron este método de terapia. Sin duda, el resto de esta obra consiste en desplegar las formas en que se van a concretar estas ideas fundamentales.
