Este texto constituye una reflexión en la que intentamos poner palabras a nuestra vivencia de asimilación progresiva del cambio de paradigma individualista al paradigma de campo, que propone la teoría de Perls y Goodman. La dificultad básica para realizar este cambio de mirada ha sido permanecer en confluencia con la tradición de la que somos herederos, sin tener conciencia de ello.

Aún siendo radicales las implicaciones de ambos paradigmas en el modo de comprender la relación terapéutica, no resulta tan sencilla ni evidente la vía de acceso a este cambio de perspectiva. De ahí que, esta reflexión haya intentado a través de los tres verbos elegidos para el título, así como a partir de extractos de una sesión de terapia, compartir nuestro particular itinerario de transiciones que progresivamente nos han orientado hacia el trabajo terapéutico desde la perspectiva de campo.
